It's out!

 Amazon worked fast and the book is now out! I still need to get the rest of my marketing together, but in the meantime, there it is! It'll be $.99 for the first month, until my next one comes out (then it'll go up to $2.99). While I'm just not confident enough to say it's the best book ever, I can honestly say that it was tons of fun to write and that I think you'll get your money's worth ;-)
