A Night in the Lonesome October by Roger Zelazny

Jane Lindskold invited me to join in a virtual book club this month, reading A Night in the Lonesome October by Roger Zelazny. I've read most of Zelazny's Amber books, but that's pretty poor performance for someone who spends so much time around Roger's friends. I didn't get to meet him when he was alive. I was still in my Anne McCaffrey phase, I think, and had no idea he lived here in Santa Fe.

So the way this reading group works, is that you read a chapter of A Night in the Lonesome October every day - the book is 31 chapters for the 31 days in October. Each day, you tweet your progress and join the conversation, using the hashtag #LonesomeOctober. It isn't too late to join! Unfortunately, there is no ebook, so it's Amazon Prime and the paperback for me. It arrived today, just in time!
