Link to an Interview with Raymund Eich

I know I'm really behind on my blogging. It's my indie career and this weird thing that's going on, people buying my books. I'm still not used to it!

But I need to link to this wonderful interview that Patrick Samphire did of Raymund Eich, who is a fantastic writer that you are probably not reading, but should. He's a patent agent and thus can write hard science fiction that will stand up to intellectual rigor - and which are just plain fantastic stories, if you ask me.

Included in this interview is this quote by Raymund, as he explains why he chose to indie publish his work:
I envision an optimistic future of "yeoman capitalism." Thomas Jefferson advocated an agrarian republic, where everyone was a self-employed, middle class smallholder. Computers, the internet, just-in-time manufacturing, and supply chain management make possible a high-tech version of Jefferson's dream society. Recent advances in ebooks, print-on-demand, and their related infrastructure now allow a writer to enter the publishing industry, so I decided to put my money where my mouth is.
Head on over to Patrick's site to read the rest of the interview!
